Surgeon For A Day Program

This is a partnership with the Dallas ISD for high schoolers interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Each month throughout the school year, we have events and meetings for the kids. We've done "doc talks", surgical relay races, introduction to laparoscopy, and a variety of other activities. The goal of the program is to expose these students to an array of options in the healthcare field, including going to college and medical school.
